This is the first course I've taken where the teacher explains things very well, making it very easy to learn.

So far I understand all that has been said and that's because of how detailed the tutor is. I believe I'm going to understand the rest of the content just as well I understand this very beginning.

The instructor explains every detail in Adobe After Effects clearly and provides plenty of practical examples for each topic. The lessons are easy to follow, and the examples make the learning process much easier. I highly recommend this course to anyone serious about learning Adobe After Effects.

It is important to learn the terms we will be using in After Effects so this was a good foundational lecture.

The content is rich in examples which is great, but the teacher is incredibly sloppy in the tutorials. 30% of every lesson are very weird mistakes done by her, and what is troublesome is that nobody bothered to cut these out. She's not a good tutor, her vocabulary is very poor and it feels like sheer incompetence when she explains some of the features, like the expressions for example. This course isn't focused at the right approach to editing and workflow, as the teacher is quite careless. The 30 to 45+ minute videos can easily be 15 to 20 if she was prepared for the lessons beforehand. If one is patient enough to sit through those frustrating deficiencies, he could find useful effects to get him started. I'd highly recommend finding a different course on the matter. What I've managed to find for the past few days are the courses from SchoolofMotion. 1. Good explanations, putting the end results at the beginning of more lessons would help more in seeing and understanding what we are learning to achieve. 2. Giving more descriptive lesson headings would help it become a better resource to return to for review etc.
