This course is easy to understand and I can do it at work when I have a few minutes. Because the videos are short, I can easily get through one and not have to start over to remind me of what I was watching when I get distracted.

The behavioral interviews portion had good content but I did not appreciate the PDF to download at the end of each lesson. Would prefer to complete any additional work within the course with the option to download extra material.

Totally a good match, as I am currently conducting interviews, it is great to see I was on the right track, and also I have realized a few of my discriminating questions.

Great Course! When we have a desire to help others it's rewarding for your mentee to work towards identifying opportunities for both learning and growth. A mentor should demonstrate support and respect.

Course is a bit confusing mixing interview with mentoring. Doesn't seem to have a connection between them as you go through the slides. Also, there is no summary/intro to behavioural interview - even if people know what it is, would be a good practice to give a little summary before starting. Last but not least, the first quiz is presented half-way through course but has questions of slides not yet seen? That was confusing! In overall, this is a very basic course and may be good as a refresher course.

ran into a broken link and hiring isn't really why I started this I was hoping to get more out of the questing process other than update job description and be intentionally open ended. still looking forward to mentor

Having to download a pdf to open a link to a site that wasn't your own is a) plagiarism in a way, b) time-wasting to click through, c) focus-losing. While the material was good, having to download a pdf with a link to a YouTube video to watch someone else do what I'm paying you for is just laziness.

I enjoyed the course, but I felt that the two topics, conducting behavioral interviews and mentoring, were so far removed from each other, that it was detrimental to try and cover them both in the same presentation. By the time I had finished the second part of the course (mentoring), I had forgotten everything about the first part of the course (interviewing).

The mentoring portion has allowed me a different insight. I have only had a limited amount of coaching towards mentoring others and this has helped me better understand situations. I have incorrectly answered a few questions but re-tried and was able to understand what caused me to not get it correct. I like that there are links back to previous information depending on the question you got incorrect.
