EA is a complex subject. This Art of Service course covers a lot of the elements of EA but could go further with more relevant enterprise examples, proper pdfs on important points as well as mini quizzes as check points along the way.

The whole content is presented as a voice off-screen reading the slides with a few more sentences. It is very hard to understand what an Enterprise Architecture is by being shown theoretical concepts on text with no visual aid (ie. some UML diagrams with different views of the EA). The contents look like being fragments of another, more comprehensive course, and the narrative felt broken at times. This also made me feel several times the same bits of information were duplicated in different sections without a more cohesive structure around them.

The instructor clearly is not a subject matter expert. She simply read a script and quite poorly, with mispronunciation of key terms and stumbling mid-sentence as she tried to make sense of what she was reading.

I don't know anything about EA, and what I've seen so far is pretty obvious. Although by now I would have thought I'd be shown a few typical examples of the EA process to get a mental visual of what is being discussed. This is pretty much just someone talking to slides so far...
