The course was great for beginners but also in depth for more advanced learning.

The lecture was cool but I wanted advance Kinetic Typography Animation. So I have benefited 20% from this course.Thank you Sir

Lots of great information and practical examples. Working through a couple of projects together is a great way to learn.One thing that I would have liked to seen more of is discussion on the design decisions being made. While I understand that the examples were constructed in a way to sequentially teach various concepts (let's work on position animation; okay now we'll work on scale animations, etc...), it would have been nice to start a project with some discussion of what we were trying to achieve, what the tone was going to be, and what design considerations we must make in order to achieve the goals of the project. The projects were great for learning the "how's", I would just like to see a little more on "why's".I mean this, not so much as a criticism, but as a suggestion to take the course to an even higher level.

Great starting kit, providing you with the essential tools to start exploring the universe of kinetic typography. You'll feel empowered and excited. The sky is the limit ;)

Almost Five, sometimes in the old videos you dont have the command key short cuts in the bottom, so because short cuts is such a big deal, if you want to animate faster, then thats why the four and half star rating.Other than that, Phill is very clear in his videos, as you create along with the projects you can easily follow through. At the beginning, I had to search some of the stuff that wasnt that clear, but as Im progressing into the tutorial, im getting familiar with most of the basics.

Enjoying the course so far. It would be nice that for some clicks, you could zoom in.

I really enjoyed the course, the instructor does an amazing job teaching step by step, he gives you all the material you need to work, and he gives you some tips in what you can do for a better experience to users.

Thank you for making this course. I have been looking for an easy to follow and beginner course for a while. This did not disappoint. I was able to follow along easily. I really hope Phil will add more projects/tips/tricks or do an intermediate follow up course. I highly recommend this course!

This is a great way to break into motion graphics, starting with animating text. Phil is a clear and easy-to-follow instructor. The course is well organized and will benefit anyone wanting to get started with Adobe After Effects.
