It was interesting to go through and learn what the leadership is all about and what good qualities a leader should process. According to me it’s easier said then done and would have liked see few more references or examples or issues leader face and how the response to the issue. Rating is 4.5/5.

I have been used to read a lot of articles and watching a lot of videos about leadership and how to be a leader in the eyes of your employees but i find this course realy different, amazing and useful : well presented, you feel the truth in the given informations and it motivates you to use this amount of informations and put it into practices by presenting examples of leaders and successful companies from the real life during its history of activity. I do suggest this course for any CEO who is looking for a leadership course whith methods of how to engage your staff in order to create a successful company.

This is an excellent course for people who are wanting to expand their knowledge of managing people, systems, and building networks. How to get the best out of your staff, taking off the blinkers and opening horizons. The content is sound, based on proven principles.
