It was a good course with good content and a lot of useful content at that but it was ruined by all the background noise during many of the lectures. I'm not sure why this even happened? Did he really have to record it during a New Year's party?? In some of the lectures the background noise of people noisily talking was really way too much.

Great videos with good instructions, easy to learn. Only 'bad' points are: - the background noise, it can get loud sometimes. - Going to fast and copy pasting. I like to type everything myself, so sometimes he is going to fast with the functions, etc.

Overall, this course is very informative and useful if you are trying to learn Lua to make a mobile game using Corona SDK. However, a lot of the course materials are missing (no downloadable files after the first few segments) and toward the end of the course you are only taught how to make a very specific game. This course is free, and is great for a starting point. Unless you already have some programming experience or are ready to study the Corona SDK API for hours, then you will need further instruction past this course.

I really like it, it's free and instructor has a nice voice, but you should zoom in the code, it is pretty hard to read it.

Was a little iffy about the files not included in the middle sections, but it is better to follow along and do them yourself and see the output. It isn't extensive.

Very nice introduction to creating games in corona sdk. Only thought is the creator could type code instead of copy past & reduce background noise alittle
