I appreciated the examples provided and acknowledge that it can be difficult to address if you can't articulate your emotions triggered by the facts of a situation. Great tips were provided in this course.

Because the information is great sometimes you don't realize you are bias but this lesson helps to identify the bias and how to work through the issue and resolve the problem.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate this training. It is an excellent, excellent training. Especially for workers like me. I am the type of worker that is pretty robotic when it comes to my approach to interactions at work. I am in a leadership position, and I do employ empathy and different tools to manage the individuals that I do, however, when it comes to how I am interacted with, I can be rather oblivious. What's great about this training is the in-depth tools given to address the microaggressions once they've been identified. It's outstanding how the facilitator also talks about HEALING! This is very important and something that must be activated in the workplace. I could go on about the impact of this training, but I will digress. Outstanding Training!

I made an employee feel like I was yelling at her on a phone call about wether she should have known how to do something and she brought it up to our supervisor.

It was a good match, but a lot to absorb in a short time if you are in the middle of dealing with a micro-aggression. I also recognize that extending the course time could make it difficult to complete. A lot of goodness to reflect on....

I think this course built upon the knowledge I have. Moreover, this course provided actionable steps that I can take as an individual improve how "microaggressions" as whole are handled in my organization.

By Joshua Eckler on 1/30/2024

There are many times I've noticed this at work. People including myself having attitude about certain things and it coming off as negativity. But not addressing the situation or problem

Good verbal and visual presentation, could use more visual to balance talking. Change "lecture" to section as it is in Udemy not in a classroom and becomes distracting. Reflections and activities are valuable.

By Blake Marsala on 11/14/2023

I thought that the content was overly oriented toward current trends and fads regarding gender polarity and self-identification. Otherwise, the general discussion of microaggressions was good.

By Gianpiero Todaro on 10/30/2023

I found this course really interesting. It gave me a chance to reflects on many work microaggressions situations often underestimated and gave me some ideas on how I could manage them going forward.
