One of the most impactful parts of the course was the focus on inclusive and authentic leadership. I learned how inclusive leaders create environments where people feel a sense of belonging, and how authentic leaders build trust through honesty, consistency, and self-awareness. Recognize the importance of agility to leadership. Name 3 elements that are critical to being effective as a leader, regardless of leadership style. Describe what an Identity Map is and why it’s important.

Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant course. I was taken on a journey of discovery. I had an idea about my leadership style, but didn't know much about it, or the other leadership styles that I can combine with my style. The course helped me understand other leadership styles so much better and reminded me about the great qualities of a great leader

Chocked full of great information that is provided with substantial context - to help you understand the nuances. The point is made that one can be a blend of leadership styles, so the insight on nuances help you see where the styles may overlap. And to imagine how you might lean into one or another, depending on the situation - and who you are leading. It will take time to experiment, and would probably well worth it to experiment and then revisit the lessons to reflect on those experiments.

Although topic was very interesting, the way this course was conducted is very disappointing. They are expecting to listen and learn word by word, acknowledge definitions of different styles but not how to use them. Even to take the test you need to remember exact wording that was used in the course. It is about learning by heart, not understanding and using in practice.

I loved the enthusiasm and friendly approach to the delivery of this course and its concepts. Priya challenged me to think deeply about what direction I wanted to take and explained all of the leadership styles in a very distinct and understandable fashion. I now feel I have a much better understanding of leadership styles and would like to continue to learn more and observe more about them.

I followed this course prior to apply for a role as a manager. I wanted to have a better understanding of what leadership is and what form it may have. I now know more about the subject and discovered a few exercices to help me learn more about myself. I realized it is a journey, not an end.
