The course covered several different topics, including many that covered how to handle relationships in the work environment, which was useful. There were topics that were mentioned in a 2-minute video, which is not very useful if you want to learn more about the topic. It was a very short course, which I completed in 2 days, and I feel like I need to take another course to get more insights into Marketing Psychology. The quizzes were extremely basic, with mainly one question that an elementary school kid could answer. Overall, the course covered interesting topics, but on a very shallow level.

This course is amazing! I learned so many valuable information and once I started this course, I couldn't stop - finished it very quickly! This is a really cool course on an interesting topic that gives you insight to some incredible tools and tactics!

Wow! This 'Marketing Shortcut' is absolutely incredible. I'm seeing results that are 10x better than anything I've tried before. Seriously, thank you! I've read so many of the books you mentioned, but you've managed to present the information in a way that's totally fresh and easy to grasp. This is pure gold!

Overall I had a lot of valuable takeaways. I think at some points, especially the beginning, the ordering of the lectures felt a bit confusing / disjointed. But overall I enjoyed the course and am excited to implement the knowledge I gained into practice in my job.

By Ricus du Plooy on 8/29/2023

This course has been perspective-warping. Now that I'm aware of these strategies and tactics, I see them all around me as well as where they could and should have been used to create a better brand experience.

By Matthew Theron on 8/12/2023

For the most part I enjoyed it. I wished it was a bit more in depth into the human and buying psychology but for what it is, it's very good. Informative. I'm a big fan of Dekker's courses so I know what I'm getting is quality. He has very good expertise when it comes to marketing in general. So I enjoy his courses. Overall it's definitely not a waste of time. You can definitely learn a thing or two.

By Talal Ibrahim Pacha on 4/27/2023

it is full of ideas and hints on psychology, Marketing and communication skills but not going deep in explanation about those ideas, i liked also that in the first parts of the course he was adding tests after each part but wonder why he didn't apply it for the whole course parts?!!

By Penny Willoughby on 7/13/2022

It was perhaps more basic than the description suggested. There were good trains of thoughts shown but they were stated as facts rather than a line of thinking. I'd have liked to see more discussion on evidence and opinions. Sometimes there wasn't enough expansion on points raised. Sometimes other (free) sources were relied upon to make a point. The quizes were often only 1 question, which felt a bit lazy. Slides were very basic & topics are only a couple of minutes. Some points were quite obvious and some contrasted with others (e.g. be radically simple but make sure to give all the details & handle objections). So my honest feedback is that it was quite an average course but it was still interesting to hear some of the basics of marketing psychology.

By Adil Benaoum on 9/18/2021

Learned about applied psychology in business, and persuasion through digital Marketing and social interactions very rich list of suggestion of books that i've enjoyed already reading some of them, needs some update about videos links , hopefully the Instructor will focus more in the future on other businesses than software and Apps industry.

By Ann Marie Thomas on 6/26/2021

The course is very informative and interesting, but the topics could have been structured in a more continuous format. Would also have liked a few more videos on consumer psychology in an FMCG space, rather than just digital products.
