i thought the course was very repeating itself, introduction introducing the course, then introducing eatch section and each section introducing the module. Also way too much detail for data analyst about the specific muscles, and a sentence 'i am going to teach biology for the first time' in a course is not very promising in my opinion. the Food section felt more personal and took to much time (10 min showing a website and showing your diet. Then again in the final section we go over exercises all over again. finally please fix the auto transcribed subtitles, there are big errors or unreadable sentences. I feel this course could be done in 1 h.

This course was AMAZING! So much useful information. I loved how they explained posture, I feel like the anatomy lessons were very educational on explaining why and how the muscles are affected. i have taken so much away from the ergonomics, and have changed my desk set up. I really feel that this course will make a lasting impression on my working and life-style habits.

It's my first seminar in udemy and I'm more than enough satisfied with this courses in ergonomics. I just have to mention some details to improve your work. The sections at the beggining to analyse what will we watch in the course, were too much I thing. Too many videos and analyses with similar meaning I guess. So, one thing is about volume between one section to another at the begining of them. I didn't like much at all that in some sections the video started too much loud the music when all the duration was normal to listen. The second one was your english. Okay, I don't judge you of course but it could be a little bit fluent but even though I got everything of those importants you told in. Last one in the end, the speed. I've put all of the videos in 1,25x speed to listen it in my normal way of listinings. Keep up the good work! Thank you for your advices and effort!

I rarely leave ratings or comments - and I've completed over 300 Udemy courses. But I loved this course so I'm leaving a 5 star rating. Maybe it's the logical approach of a data scientist that appeals to me? But I learned a lot and I'm no novice when it comes to this material. Even if the material isn't new to you, I'm sure the presentation of it will be. Oh, and my employer gives me a UfB subscription - meaning I can take any course for free - so the course authors can't give me anything to encourage a good review.

i love how kirill explained everything, made it easier to consume. also, i am a strong meat eater but i am now seriously looking into a plant-based diet based on what info we get from the referenced docu- What the Health, and i loved how it was presented, him being not too pushy about the lifestyle which made me more open to listen and check. this course is one of the best that i had this year. thanks guys!

Taught good information that was helpful. It was a bit of an odd course considering the folks in the video were technically not 'experts' on this. Still good an informative, I would say just the Section 11: Module 8 was a good quick summary if someone doesn't have enough time.

Course was well researched, made me adjust my home work environment a bit to help w/ ergonomics. Cronometer app is interesting, I've used others in the past but it seems to have more detail on the free version than the other apps have offered w/ paid versions. The visual exercises were a good reminder as I already wear contacts/glasses and don't want my vision to get worse.

I found this a very interesting and enjoyable course. I suffer with neck and back ache constantly whilst sat at my work desk. I am now working at home due to Covid-19 using a desk at a height that more suits me and, with adjustments I have learnt about in this course, I don't get as much neck and back pain as before. Also the sections on food, vitamins and sleep were very useful as well. Would recommend this course to anybody.

This course was very good. It gave me more insight and information on what I need to have a safe and comfortable work space, not just how my desk and computer should be. It gave so much more details on vision, sleep, exercise, BREATHING and outside work that we really don't pay much attention to, because all these things work together for our well being. More information than what I received from in-house assistance at work. Presentation by the instructor and his assistance were very on point.

This is an intro course about the good postures, ergonomics, food advice and good habits for your health in your workplace. This type of courses is rare to find around because usually you need to look for each topic separately or hire a professional in each respective area (nutritionist, physician, etc), however, this course tries to put all these topics in one in short but very well explained videos. Good job SuperDataScience team!!!
