It was a good reminder in many ways, a quick course to help set up a leadership team for an upcoming work environment change. I'd also consider this a good course for a newly hired leader for their onboarding. Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and recognizing as a leader you do not need to have all the answers, being present and engaging your team and employees is critical to the DNA of the organization.

This is so out of step with where I am as a $1M business owner in the USA. We are not a corporation with the momentum of staying in place the UK "office worker" culture.

I really appreciated this course's content. There were some aspects to authentic leadership that I hadn't been aware of, or perhaps I thought the opposite was true. It helped me reflect on ways a fumbled in the past, and I feel it will help me going forward.

This is valuable information and tools presented in a very short period of time however easy to understand and follow. This is a good course, I'm not in a management position and it surely helped me understand things from a managerial perspective as we deal with constant change. This will help me support my manager going forward in what ever the future throws at us. Thank you

Definitely, I once experienced change in my work place and it was a bit difficult for me to cope because then I did not have learnt ways of leading through change. Which I could have used as my tool to keep going.

This course really did have me thinking because it is true our first thought is sometimes to hide, however it does create uncertainty - alot to think about and action to be taken - created Self awareness

I enjoyed the approach of learning different topics in small increments of 1-3 mins. I learn better this way and I believe it keep the recipient of the training more engaged. I really enjoyed the presenter. Good job!

I'm surprised that for a such a short course I get such interesting content! Excellent essentials for leaders experiencing change in the organization. Steps to take/remember, attitude to set, and focus points for me as a leader.

She was easy to stay on track with. I agree with what she is talking about. Such as remaining visible, stay connected, Be Authentic. When going through Change, Keep on leading, focus on the things that are going well, Be flexible, being open, find the best way forward. As leaders we can create hope and optimism.

It was very occurated the comments about being constantly communicative with your team, specially for those times when changes are occurring and some people might not be very sure about what it comes next.
