Learning alot about myself and what i thought I knew about Art and Drawing. realizeing how important the fundamentals are is helping me emensly and im able to improve my skill and knowlege with this course. thanks

I was searching for a course to shape and develop my 15 years of self-practice to develop a story and get the visuals to a satisfactory point.

this was a really nice course, and it taught me the basic fundamentals of art, there were some bits which could have been explained in further detail, I personally think that more emphasis should have been laid on the human figure and anatomy section but all-in-all this was a good course and I recommend it if you are a beginner. Before I took this course I really didn't think that I could draw, the most I could do were stick figures and even they looked bad, and even now as I have completed this course, I am nowhere near being a professional artist, but I have improved a lot from where I started, and I think that is all this course is about.

Les cours sont surement vraiment trs bon. Le problme c'est que j'ai vraiment du mal suivre car la traduction franaise est vraiment trs mdiocre.

I suppose this course may have served its purpose to introduce us to drawing techniques but would hardly call it a course that moves us to advanced understanding of drawing.
First:
There are too many concepts introduced (which are important) but less explanation and information on understanding how lighting interacts with objects (for example) or understanding on the human bodies anatomy.
These are advanced concepts that are NOT covered in the lectures and so, the title of this course should not include "beginner to advanced." That is misleading, hence why I gave the course three stars.
Also, it does not address bad drawing techniques that beginners could pick up if not careful. It is basically "here's what to draw and how I draw it" from my perspective as a student and that seemed insufficient for a course claiming to take artists from "beginning too advanced." Advanced students have thorough understanding of their artwork and that includes understanding the why, knowing the relationships in detail, and forming excellent practice technique.
Still, I appreciate the effort they did include.

If you are determined to better your skills, this course will definitely help you. Before this course, I used to look at everything as a task and think if I can even draw that now, I know no matter what is in front of me, I will be able to draw it. This course has really helped me. It was overall a very good course to follow as a beginner. I learned some very nice basic concepts related to drawing.

I might have been a bit advanced for this course but it contains a lot of the fundamental aspects of drawing that I would not have known about had I not decided to take this course, therefore I am very happy with the course.

I came here knowing nothing at all about drawing. now I can say I have mastered a large sum of techniques that makes me proud.
