Yes, this course was excellent for me. I had been trying to learn how to paint with watercolors by watching YouTube and Instagram videos. I was not learning the basic foundational techniques and I was not improving. Now that I have learned the correct techniques and principals, I can practice and actually get better. I did each exercise twice and I could see the improvement in my second exercise.
