Yes. While individual goals are given priority including my own goals, never gave a thought in the past on Team Goals and the need for buy in from team. This is really a new learning about collaborative approach, rather cohesive approach!

I didn't like there is no quizzes between 2-3 videos and just all at the end. In other Udemy courses I've seen this and find it very practical, usefull and I feel I can confirm my learning.

It is match on me as a store manager, it was helpful to know more about the purpose of being a manager, important of vision, how to build a good team, how to make up a team.

I have learn a lot in this course and its so important that if we work as a team we can achieve our goals and we need to develop and grow as a team and not being a demanding manager, but respect people.
