Loved it! The flow was the perfect balance of informaton. In addition, the course content was a great reminder of how we can always do better to incorporate simple techniques to be better collaborators and communicators while managing teams.

This course is nicely condensed for professionals to give a high level understanding of what's impactful to become a better manager. The Do's and the Don'ts are helpful. however, it would be great to get a check list of questions which we can take it and share it with other people who can help do a personality review. thanks!

I am currently a supervisor where I work and it is leading into a manager role so I took this course to help me fine tune what I already know and polish it to meet those expectations as a manager. Amazing course I plan on taking the other two.

This course cemented prior knowledge on influential leadership. It was well presented and it covered content that would help you become more influential. It provided clear and workable content that you could practically engage within your environment.

Very good course to help identify a shift from a Lead to a more Manager oriented position. Just knowing how to talk to your employees is a phenomenally helpful skill. I would have liked a bit more interactivity, but the course does provide direction on where to go for next steps and I will absolutely be going through the reading list to see what I can get my hands on.

I enjoyed the course very much because, while it is marketed toward managers, much of the content is equally beneficial to individual contributors who want to improve their skills in HOW they can become more effective and influential in their roles, as well as those who aspire to management and leadership positions in the future. The topics covered overlap very nicely with other important leadership areas such as emotional intelligence, social psychology, and organizational behavior. Many thanks.
