I enjoyed the course very much because, while it is marketed toward managers, much of the content is equally beneficial to individual contributors who want to improve their skills in HOW they can become more effective and influential in their roles, as well as those who aspire to management and leadership positions in the future. The topics covered overlap very nicely with other important leadership areas such as emotional intelligence, social psychology, and organizational behavior. Many thanks.

As a team leader it's difficult to influence people in a positive way. At times you cannot even read people's faces or understand their behavior and that's when you have to be assertive.

GETTING BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF BEING A MANAGER

The content was 4,5 Stars as I think it sums up many good ideas. But for me an online training, even if it is only like 1-2 hours it still needs to be motivative and well designed. And this one was just boring in my opinion. Documents, links, the speaker himself and also the guy from the instruction already started to make me curious about the presentation quality. Bad luck it did not get better.
Please provide a better quality presentation.
Be more motivated yourself to influence your listeners positively and be more innovative.
For me, this was not a good course at all. Sorry to say.

I enjoyed this course and would recommend it to others interested in being more assertive, influential and better communicator whether its at meetings, to the team members, direct reports etc.
