This is good for managers who are starting out. I do wish my staff would also attend a similar theme session tailored for their level. Otherwise it feels like all the work is on the Leader's shoulders only and others may deliberately take a back seat.

I used to teach (Chemical Plant Operation) Process Control and introduced to students the concept of PMCC: Process, Measurements, Controller unit and Correcting unit. I also introduced to them terms like lead/lag, feedback and feedforward control. It's wonderful to see so much similarity between People Management thinking and Plant Management - what a refresher for me! Thank you!

I think this course will be super valuable for new managers who may not be aware of how to make decisions based on DATA not hunches and guesstimations. It is also a good refresher for the seasoned manager, especially appreciated the sections on creating a data-driven team and how congitive biases can enter into the data analysis activity.

It is quite inspiring and comprehensive, about how to be a good data driven manager. It is most suitable for someone who just enter the managerial level or didn't used to manage by data, but it is also quite suitable for more experienced managers to refresh what to avoid and keep in track. If anything I would like to see more in this course is more example in various case and setting, the selection of measurement, analyzing and interpretation of data

This is a very enlightening course which is ideal in providing a clear concept of data driven management. Effective Collaborative leadership is accomplished through a decision to accomplish skills in making evidenced based measures and decisions.

Long content delivery w/o a break to gauge if the student was grasping concepts. Material was not particularly engaging. On the positive side, the presenter did make an effort to summarize and repeat key points throughout the training to help students hone in on overall themes.
