Course Description
Do you want to make 3D game assets for your own games? Perhaps you want to make animated cinematic scenes. If you've been wanting to get into 3D modeling in Blender, this is the perfect course.
I assume you have absolutely zero knowledge or experience in Blender, and we take it from the absolute basics. You'll learn the most important mesh editing tools and modifiers, and throughout the course you'll be challenged to make your own creations to apply the knowledge you've learned.
Each video has a mini-challenge, and I work through the solution as well.

The end of the course challenge puts all of your skills to use, creating a full weapon asset!
In this course, you will learn:
Maneuvering in the Viewport
How Objects are used in Blender, including meshes, lights, and camera
How to use the 3D Cursor in various ways
How to edit a mesh in Edit mode vs. Object Mode
Loop Selection
Fill
Extrude
Proportional Editing

When I earned my bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, I was exposed to the world of programming. I was instantly hooked. I have a passion for game development and a love for creative problem solving. I have written and self-published a science fiction novel and love all things creative. I have experience assisting and tutoring in engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry, and programming.
I have since gained professional industry experience in the world of surgical simulations. It is extremely rewarding and my passion is to pass on my knowledge so others can achieve a highly engaging and fun career as I have!
I enjoy biking, drawing, 3D-design, and procedural generation in video games. I am proud to have many talented game developers and students in my online community: Druid Mechanics.
I have also written and published a book on Unreal Engine C++ titled: Unreal Engine C++ The Ultimate Developers Handbook.

An excellent course; I learned a lot about the fundamentals of modeling. It was very instructional and straight to the point. I used version 5.2—the latest one—and while a few things have changed compared to the version the instructor uses Blender 3.0, it wasn't difficult to find where everything is.

I like very much this course. I have seen some courses on Blender and i had questions on high can i do some things. This course has them gathered and it is easy for me to have it as a reference when i am forgotting something. The course is in my opinion very well structured and to the point.

Very good explanations and examples. TIP: He talks a little slow so adjust the video speed to 1.25

A fantastic course! Came here right after Blender Guru's Donut tutorial, but this one has taught me way more. I only wish we had also learned how to clean up topology after using the Boolean modifier, I get shading issues after every use that I can't quite resolve. Rated it 9/10 because of that. Hope this topic is covered in the next course (Sculpting)!

As someone coming from SketchUp to Blender, Specifically for 3D modeling, this course was excellent to establish the fundamentals and get your initial blender muscle memory for functions and hot keys into place. Even for someone not trying to use Blender to develop game assets or worried about the poly or render quality of an issue as much, that info is still going to prove to be incredibly useful to my designs in other ways i'm sure. This is a great course to dip your toes into Blender with!

This is in my opinion the best Blender teacher for the blender lessons I have watched so far, and as far as modeling of objects is concerned. This is what I had imagined as the lessons I wanted to have, to be able to model anything I wanted, and I am glad I purchased this tutorial.

Stephen Ulibarri (might be misremembering his last name but am way too tired to check) is an incredible teacher, someone who effectively shows you his map to follow, helps you understand exactly what to learn in the map and more importantly, gives you a connection for all the things you've memorized. If I keep learning here, I'm positive as long as I work as hard as he does, I'll make the games I hope and will simply have both a fun and fascinating time.

You learn not only the brushes or other components, but also learn important technical details about them, where they might be preferred, and some subtle aspects that I don't find in every tutorial. This is the third course I've purchased from Ullibari. He doesn't overwhelm you with details; he presents the important points piece by piece when appropriate. Each example he provides along the way forms the basis of the larger, final example, making the information easier to remember. All I have to do while taking this course is practice. He's a professional whose courses you can purchase with complete confidence.

I went to school using only Maya. A different alternative to Blender. and ever since being out of school, I can't afford Maya much longer. While finding this Blender tutorial class, I have done an excellent job and I am starting to like using Blender way more than Maya. I appreciate this course as it helped gain my confidence into 3D modeling once more!
