Hi, I'm Jordy and I hosts one of the biggest YouTube channels about filmmaking & video editing; Cinecom.
With more than 2.7 million subscribers, we publish weekly tutorial videos. After graduating from film school in 2012, I immediately began teaching online where my real passion lays.
I've never liked the way education works. So I wanted to do something about it. With the classes I produce, I try to separate myself from the general crowd and deliver a course experience rather than some information thrown at a student.
Take a look at my unique courses, I'm sure you'll enjoy :-)

Great introduction to some of the possibilities of blueprint!

As a beginner working with Blueprints for the first time I found some of the ideas and workflow challenging but by taking it a bit at a time then trying to redo parts of the exercises myself after each class I think this course has given me a basic understanding and confidence with Blueprints that I can build on. Some things that are introduced but I hope to understand better are the relationship between and order of the Game Mode, Level, Actor and Pawn Blueprints.

Would be great if you'll add downloadable content that you r using in video

I watched other tutorials and they just skimmed the Blueprint section. This made Blueprints easier to learn what they can be used for and how to use them.

It’s a true master of his craft who can convey so much knowledge in so little time. Anyone looking at the runtime of this course and thinking they aren’t receiving enough value truly doesn’t understand the value of their own time. This course takes you through a minimal case example to demonstrate the most critical parts of an Unreal Engine blueprint. And while the delivery is simple and straightforward, programmers will particularly appreciate the way in which the information is delivered. This roadmap not only demystifies many “magical” issues seen in the wild, but also lays a foundation for best practices when building your own blueprints. I only wish the author would take on even more advanced blueprints and Unreal Engine itself.

Brilliant course looking forward to the next one

As the name suggests, definitely an introduction into blueprints. Even if some other tutorials say beginner, they tent to be somewhere near to intermediate. Take this one first, and move on to the next ones. Good luck everyone!
