3D Architectural Design Mastery with Blender (Udemy.com)

I found a lot of the content outdated with Blender 5.0.. I Found myself watching other tutorials to fill in the gaps. I bought this course to learn how to render. I could have skipped the first 2d section, and focused more on rendering and the 3d modelling. That being said I did persevere and managed to finish the course

Amazing course from the introduction to the basics of blender to creation and rendering of the model. The course covers several choices and options in approaching the modelling task. The course exceeded my expectations and will be a great source of information and techniques going forward.

Very nice course on blender and architectural design. I found the teacher very clear and his speed was good. I had some blender experience, so many things especially in the beginning were obvious to me, so did not need to spend too much time on first section. It covers the basics on blender quite quickly so for a complete beginner it might be good to spend time on those before moving forward.

I like that the lessons are straightforward and to the point. Later lessons move quicker since many of the commands and concepts are repetitive and I usually have to slow them down a bit. A few times I've had to pause the video to correct mistakes in my work. I think the fact that I can identify and correct the mistakes indicates I've made progress in learning Blender! Overall I think this has been a great course as a beginner to start learning Blender and getting familiar with a workflow. I'll be checking out more courses from Thomas after this one!

I am halfway through the course and am very impressed with Thomas McDonald. If I was a beginner I would have no trouble keeping up. This class is straight forward, easy to follow, and no nonsense boring chatter. So far it has been 100% learning. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone who wants to learn about 3D house design. I finished the course in no time and all and am very pleased. I will definitely be looking into more courses by Thomas Mcdonald.

Net klaar met de cursus. Ik werk zelf 6 jaar met blender en nu toch nog steeds een paar dingen geleerd die me workflow zullen versnellen waardoor er een betere productie gehaald kan worden. Soms is het hier en daar lastig te volgen maar dit valt wel mee met een beetje terug spoelen. Het is voornamelijk gericht op een 2d layout maken en dit om zetten naar 3d en hoe 2 addons werken. veracht niet te veel van de PBR workflow en render settings hier word niet diep op ingegaan en heb ik zelf geen nuttige kennis opgedaan. ik heb de cursus terwijl deze in de aanbieding was gekocht is het de volledige cursus bedrag waard? nee dat vind ik niet maar die 12 euro die ik betaalde was het wel waard

The course is great,i enjoy the pace of the lectures and also the insight into the workflow process and problem solving process that's necessary to see a project through from scratch to end. I recommend this highly to anyone looking to use blender for professional arch viz projects like i am.

If you're in the field of architecture this course is mandatory. Everything you need to learn in Blender to apply to your job/hobby is here. The instructor explains everything very well, it's slow paced in the most difficult aspects of the course, to be sure you understand everything that it's needed. The only let down for me were the PBR Material and Rendering chapters. I was expecting a little more on those subjects. The content from those two chapters aren't enough to produce acceptable realistic images, but it gives you the bases. That's the only reason why I don't rate the course 5 stars.

I really liked this course because I learned so many things that I didn't know before and also this course helped me to keep those things that I learned engrained into my brain and by the end of the course, I was really satisfied with everything the instructor knew and everything I learned.

I am a beginner who spent few hours watching videos and playing around with Blender and Unity. This course demonstrated how the various tools and functions work together to produce models. It also introduced few more helpful functions and techniques to help me get to the intermediate level.
