Master Black & White Editing in Affinity Photo (Udemy.com)

A great course with many creative ideas and an easy relaxed style of teaching that did not take away from the quality that continued to build on the opportunity to develop Affinity Photo skills to use on my own projects.

This was a really good course. The explanations were clear as usual, and the many different techniques, along with a tip or two, made the whole thing a thoroughly successful event. As always, I had a lot of fun learning and experimenting, thank you for that. I was a bit surprised by the grayscale and vintage images. I hadn't expected them here, and they weren't entirely to my taste. I would have preferred more "true" black and white images. However, this isn't an issue, as all the necessary techniques were demonstrated. I'm already looking forward to the next course. Many thanks!

Great. I have just learnt of a trick i did not know of. Even more tricks with B/W photos.

I know Black & White processing, but I am transitioning to Affinity and use her tutorials to learn techniques. Very good stuff

I love black and white images, and have always wanted to learn how to create dramatic b/w effects to coloured photos. This course systematically helped me acquire the techniques to achieve a variety of those effects. In less than 3 hours. The teacher talks a bit like it's an AI voice, but that doesn't diminish the quality of the course one bit.

Lots of useful workflows and techniques. A little surprised that the Black & White adjustment was the only approach used for conversion from colour, since there are others, e.g. Channel Mixer (Output Channel > Gray). Otherwise, another very good AR course.

I thought this course was a waste of my time, I almost cancelled it after I accidentally click it. It turned out to be a great course, easy to follow instructions, and inspiring, a must have to gain more knowledge in photo editing.

The instructor's teaching style was excellent, clear, and concise, which greatly facilitated my understanding of the material.
