I liked some of the ways that was used in the course which I can really take forward like screen button where all button click can be managed from one interface . I really liked the idea of having all screen to one node and based on how and what you wanted to be displayed as screen , you can just do that. I would definitely add other screens like setting etc. Another thing I really liked is idea of having a debug console on you mobile phone , I mean it is really a simple idea but how awesome is that.

This course is amazing. Being a Boomer with 50 years of professional coding experience, I was tired of the How To videos where someone just records themselves coding and says do this, do that, and the coding is all jumbled together. I have written code for several games over the years, but haven't had the expertise to get it on the screen before now (the first was a Tic Tac Toe game in 1975). This instructor actually writes good quality and efficient code and explains why it should be done that way. With this first step in learning Godot, I feel confident now that I will be able to help my 2 sons start the Gaming Studio they have been talking about for 10 years. (Btw, this is taught on Godot 4.1 - I have Godot 4.3 installed and have had no issues with compatibility.)

That is a very good course about godot and making Android/iOS 2D game. It shows how to implement various function and sort them to have a clear overview. I recommend to get that course! The teacher makes sure you get all the details needed and makes recaps to summarize the steps. At the end you will be able to create your game and put it on Play Store or Apple Store and get stuff sold, if you like. Big thanks to Kaan and his way to explain the functions. He makes sure to explain it step by step so you can follow him and understand what is happening. He is one of the best teachers! 5 stars! Please keep teaching, you are very good in it :) !

The quality and the presentation is good. A lot of valuable information very specific to mobile development. My only complain is that each lesson are too short. Just connecting a signal to a button or 2-3 lines of code seems too little done in a lot of time. The pacing and the way the information is presented feels oriented to people who are coming from unity or haven't written a single line of gdscript. That could be a plus for some people, although I wouldn't recommend those people to jump straight into mobile development.

A decent course for an introduction in mobile development. The in-app purchase section is amazing along with the guides on setting up an app for mobile. I would like to see a game that explores more of the mobile capabilities than just the accelerometer. Perhaps a more advanced course making a more complex game might be the right place to cover it though. I wish the game involved the ability to have a store with multiple skins and the ability to select them. This would also allow us to actually see how a game with multiple in-app purchases would be set up.

This was a great introduction--concise but complete--and I feel like I benefitted greatly from learning from it. I walked into the course ready to see a specific game example, and at the end of the course, I not only have that, but I also feel confident that I could figure out how to get my own next game onto Google Play / Apple Store as well. If you're interested in connecting the dots between creating your first games and actually putting them online to sell, this course is for you.

The course was good and I learned a lot. However, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the teacher took a lot of shortcuts, such as assuming that if you have more skins, you can do certain things without explaining them in detail or referring to the documentation. It would be better if there was a separate section for consumables and one-time purchases, and even if there are more items, it would be helpful to understand how they should be handled. Additionally, it would be beneficial to include information on how to save the game on Google Cloud or iOS Cloud, as well as cover other advanced features related to mobile game development. Overall, the course is good and the teacher is great.

I express my appreciation to Kaan and Game Dev TV for delivering an exceptional course that has proven immensely beneficial. The Mobile Game Dev Course with Godot has not only been insightful but has also provided a strong foundation. I would like to propose the inclusion of more advanced levels of difficulty and extended durations in future courses, enhancing the overall learning experience. Thank you for the valuable content and looking forward to more enriching courses.

While I'm going to return to the in game purchases section later, I found the course very thorough and on point. Totally worth doing, easy to follow though I suspect there may be one or two people that might benefit from doing the 2d programming in godot course first, as this one doesn't linger much on basic concepts that are relevant but not really in the scope of the subject material. From distant memories of starting that course I knew enough to follow along as things came back to me.
